I'm an avid fan of Seth Godin, internet age marketing guru. He supports a theory that will instantly give us more of what we say we don't have enough of - time! The easy answer, stop watching TV! Seth, do you really not watch TV or go to meetings?
Bottom line, there is time out there to regain. For more hardcore time recovery theories, you might read The 4 - Hour Workweek, by legendary globe-trotter Timothy Ferriss.
Both Seth and Tim are authors that have taken me out of my comfort zone by challenging what I've done for decades, and why the old models no longer work in today's economy. In real estate, we have got to understand that the client is the only person in charge, and they now have more information available to them than ever before. Information only we had. In this 2.0 age, we have to give them the information they want, and give it to them for free. If we do that better than anyone else, then, and only then, can we gain that valuable asset of permission to build a relationship with them. Right, Seth?
Bingo. You nailed it.
